Uponyx
Catalogue, branding proofs, internal approval and multi-address delivery for corporate gift orders.

What it does
Uponyx handles a corporate gift order the way it actually works. A buyer picks from a curated catalogue, applies their branding and approves a proof, gets a quote their finance team signs off, uploads an address list, and then tracks delivery per consignment against one invoice.
Who it is for
Corporate buyers in human resources, marketing and administration who order gifts in bulk, and the suppliers who produce and ship them.
Key capabilities
6 capabilities are documented for Uponyx. More are added as they are confirmed.
Curated catalogue with account pricing
Buyers see a catalogue and prices agreed for their account, resolved at request time rather than maintained as a separate price list per customer.
Branding customiser with proofs
A logo is placed on the product in the browser and produces a versioned proof. The artwork that was approved and the artwork that goes to production are the same record.
Bulk checkout from an address list
An address list is uploaded and validated before the order is placed, so bad addresses are corrected at the desk rather than discovered by a courier.
Internal approval and quotes
The order becomes a quote a finance team can approve, with the approval recorded against the order rather than sitting in an email thread.
Tracking by consignment
One approved order can be produced by several suppliers and shipped to many addresses. Status is tracked per consignment and rolled up to one order view.
Supplier fulfilment dashboard
Suppliers accept, produce and dispatch the line items assigned to them, without seeing the buyer's whole order.
Why Uponyx was built
From the case study of the build, which is where the full account lives.
The problem it solves
Corporate gifting looks like retail and behaves like procurement. A buyer chooses from a curated catalogue, wants the items branded with a logo, needs a quote their finance team will approve, and then ships to hundreds of addresses across several cities on a date that cannot move. Consumer checkout does not cover any of that. Most buyers end up running the order over email and spreadsheets with a supplier, which means no approval trail, no single view of what shipped where, and a proof of branding that arrives as a photo in a chat thread.
