These terms do not govern any work Tankar does for you. A project, a dedicated team or a support arrangement is governed by a signed agreement between your company and Tankar Solutions Private Limited, and where that agreement and this page disagree, the signed agreement wins.

What is on the site, and what it is not
The pages describe services, products and completed work. Descriptions of engagements, timelines and team shapes are general and are not an offer. A quotation becomes binding only when it is issued in writing for your scope and signed by both sides.
Figures shown on this site carry a source. If you need a number for a decision, ask us for it in writing.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code, diagrams and images on this site belong to Tankar Solutions Private Limited or to the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and other rights. Product names and logos shown here, including the names of Tankar's own products, are marks of their respective owners.
You may read the site, print pages for your own use, and quote short extracts with a link back and an attribution. You may not copy the site or a substantial part of it, republish it, sell it, or use it to train a model without our written permission.
Screenshots of client systems are published only where the client has agreed. If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, tell us through the contact page with the detail and we will look at it.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to send anyone else's personal data to us without a right to do so, to attempt to gain access to systems or accounts you are not entitled to, to interfere with the site's availability, or to scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people.
Forms on this site are for genuine enquiries and applications. Submissions that are automated, abusive or fraudulent are blocked and may be reported.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to sites we do not run, including product sites, certification registries and scheduling and analytics providers. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you are on them.
Availability
We try to keep the site available and correct, and we make no promise that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of anything harmful. The site is provided as it is. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Nothing here affects any service level commitment in a signed agreement for client work.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law that applies.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, and our total liability in connection with the site is limited to a nominal amount. Liability for client work is dealt with in the signed agreement for that work, which sets its own cap.

Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top says when the current version took effect, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
