TripBNG: a B2B travel booking platform for agents
A booking platform that gives travel agents supplier inventory, quotes, credit limits and settlement reports in one account.
Challenge
A travel agent selling flights, hotels and packages works across several supplier portals, each with its own login, pricing rules and booking flow. Quotes are assembled by hand in a spreadsheet or a chat message, then re-keyed into whichever portal holds the inventory. Commission is tracked in a second spreadsheet and reconciled at month end, which is when errors surface. Agencies with more than one counter staff member also need credit limits, because a booking made on the agency's money has to be authorised before it is confirmed.
