A multi-vendor marketplace with vendor self-service and compliant invoicing
A marketplace where vendors onboard themselves, list and price their own stock, and are paid out against a commission engine with GST-compliant invoices.

Challenge
Launching a marketplace is mostly not a storefront problem. Vendors have to be verified before they can sell, keep their own catalogue and stock current, and be paid the right amount on time. Each sale produces an invoice that has to be correct under GST, which means the right tax on the right line against the right seller registration. Handling that by hand works for the first fifty orders and then stops. The team needed vendor self-service, a commission and payout engine, and invoicing that an auditor would accept, before the first marketing spend.
