A booking and scheduling platform that assigns jobs to service partners by skill, area and availability without double-booking anyone.
Challenge
A home-services business sells a time slot it cannot deliver itself. The work is done by service partners who each cover certain skills, certain areas and certain hours, and who are already booked for part of the day. Assignment was being done by a coordinator with a wall planner and a phone, which meant slots were sold that nobody could take, partners were double-booked, and a cancellation left a gap that was never refilled. Customers experienced this as a late technician and a call that went unanswered.
