What we build for education
Two audiences use the same system and need opposite things. A student wants the shortest path to the next task on a shared phone. An administrator wants records, reports and an audit trail. Designing those as separate surfaces over one set of records keeps both usable.
Built for the device the student actually has
Server-rendered pages, small payloads, forms that survive a dropped connection and content that works offline where it can. A platform that assumes a laptop and home broadband excludes the students who need it most.

| India DPDP Act 2023 | The Act treats children's data with additional care, including verifiable parental consent and a bar on tracking and targeted advertising directed at children. Age and consent are modelled as first-class fields, and behavioural tracking is off by default on student-facing screens. |
| GDPR and UK GDPR | Where students are in the UK or the EU, the lawful basis for processing, the retention period per record type and the route to obtain or delete a record are designed in. Analytics is limited to what the institution can justify. |
| FERPA-aware | For US institutions, education records carry access and disclosure rules under FERPA. Role-based access, a disclosure log and export controls are built so the institution can meet those duties. The institution remains responsible for its own compliance programme. |
| WCAG 2.2 AA | An accessibility failure in a learning platform excludes a student from the course. Keyboard operation, contrast, captions and screen-reader support are tested on every release rather than assumed. |
